Bus and minibus services are available for racecourse from different areas. You can also reach the racecourse easily and inexpensively in taxis.

In case you are on the northern side of Hongkong Island, board a tram marked 'Happy Valley' and move the racecourse enjoying scenic view.

History
Happy Valley racecourse, the oldest of its kind in Hong Kong, is located where a marshland was once located. First horse race was held here in 1846. The game rose in popularity to the extent that it continues till date unabated.
