Driving License
A person who has arrived in Hong Kong for tourism services can drive on strength of his/her valid overseas driving license or international driving permit. However, if anyone plans to stay beyond a year, he/she is required to get a valid Hong Kong driving license. The person can apply for a full driving license by direct issue without test. He can also apply for a temporary driving license.
