Travel health insurance is designed to financially protect you if you
have to face an unexpected sickness or injury when you are abroad. If
you feel unhealthy in some way or get injured, and forced to seek
medical consultation and/or treatment, the policy would cover all your
expenses.
Selecting a Policy
In any country, there are so many financial institutions offering
travel insurance plans. Select any of these plans only after thorough
consideration.
- Look whether the policy is emergency based or general.
- Also look whether the post hospitalization health expenses would
be covered by your policy or not.
- See whether the policy provides for outpatient prescription
medication.
- Is there a clause which demands that you pay a percentage of the

what is the process?
